I’ve just signed up for one of your yoga courses. Now what do I do?All the yoga training material is in digital format that you can download directly to your computer. After you have purchased one of our yoga courses, an email will be sent to you with information on how to access your yoga training material. I signed up for a free trial. What does it include?If you signed up for a free trial of The Basic Yoga Trainer, you'll have access to the first 3 lessons of the 21-day Basic Yoga Trainer course.
I’m not a computer genius. Will I be able to do these yoga courses?The Yoga Tutor courses are simple to use. Anyone with a basic understanding of how to use a computer should be able to use them without difficulty.
I have some health issues. Is it safe for me to do these yoga courses?The practices contained within The Yoga Tutor yoga training courses are deemed safe for those who would normally be considered reasonably healthy, and when followed in the order and method in which they are instructed. However, since it is impossible for me, the author and teacher, to know the full extend of anyone’s health, I recommend that you consult your physician before taking this or any other yoga program, especially if you have health issues that are a concern to you. How long does it take to complete these courses?As a general guideline, the Basic Yoga Trianer is designed to take from 3-6 weeks to complete. The Science of Yoga home study course is designed to take about 4-6 months to finish. Our most comprehensive yoga correspondence program, The Yoga Master's Course takes, on average, about 1 year to complete. You can, however, take as long as you want to complete any of our yoga training courses. That’s entirely up to you. The beauty of The Yoga Tutor online yoga courses is that you can work within you own time limitations. You’ll always have access to the course material to study and re-study at any time.
What do I do if I have questions about anything that I am learning here?The Basic Yoga Trainer and The Science of Yoga are both designed as a self-contained, self-study course. However, from time to time questions or confusions may arise for some individuals. Yogacharya tries to answer any and all yoga and yoga course related questions, but please be advised that due to the volume of emails he receives, it may take several days (or weeks) to get a response from him.
